1. Do we offer day passes?

Day passes are available when accompanied by a current member of Foundation Fitness.  All members are given a key card for access to our facility.  We can not distribute key cards for single day use. Single day pass users must complete the online registration and submit a one day pass fee ($10) electronically.

2. Do you teach any classes?

We do offer workshops and seminars periodically.

3. Are children allowed?

Child care is not provided at Foundation Fitness.  The facility is for adults ages 18+ and ages 14-17 with a parent/guardian.
*Special consideration available for youth athletes.  Specific strength and condition training available for all youth and teen sports (Baseball, Football, Basketball, etc...)

4. What payment forms are accepted?

No cash is accepted on held on the premises.  All membership payments are through EFT (electronic funds transfer) or Electronic Invoice.

5. How do you go about signing up?

Appointments can be made to join Foundation Fitness by submitting  a contact form on this website or calling 252-207-7793.

6. What hours is the gym open?

The facility is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm daily.

7. Do we offer personal training?

Yes.  Our personal trainers are certified by ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and are available by appointment for initial assessments, additional training, nutrition advice, and program development. ISSA is the gold standard and the only educational institution offering personal training certifications that is accredited by the Department of Education. One free personal training session is included when you join to get you started on the right track!

8. What discounts are offered?

Discounts are offered when more than one family member is enrolled on the same plan.  

9. What services do we offer?

Foundation Fitness offers a positive environment for you to train towards your goals.  We not only provide the gym and equipment but we can also provide nutritional advice (specific calorie or diet needs), design exercise programs, teach you how to use the equipment, and help you reach your fitness goal!

10. What kind of equipment do we offer?

Foundation Fitness has treadmills, ellipticals, stair climber, a full line of strength and muscular development machines, free weights (bench, squat, dumbells, etc..).  All of our equipment is heavy duty and new made by Precor and Cybex.
